Building our new restaurant

We are delighted to share some big news with the whole Guajibamba family!

To make things easier for you and to be closer to where you live, we have formally started the design and fit-out of our new Guajibamba Estadio restaurant. It will have more space, private parking and an outdoor area so you can enjoy your favourite roasted cuy in a fresh, modern setting.

This new branch is the growth of a twenty-five-year family dream. We want the Estadio restaurant to be the perfect meeting point for friends and families looking for the best Cuencan food.Jacinto López, founder

What can you expect from the new restaurant?

• A great location: in the stadium district (Manuel J. Calle 3-101), central and easy to reach.
• Attended parking: secure, dedicated space for our guests.
• Improved traditional ovens: we keep the slow charcoal roasting that gives the skin its perfect colour.
• Event rooms: the right space for birthdays, graduations and business gatherings.
