We have two restaurants in Cuenca: Luis Cordero 12-32 (Centre) and Manuel J. Calle 3-101 (Stadium). We open Monday to Saturday from 12:00 to 22:00, and Sundays from 12:00 to 16:00.

Yes, we offer both takeaway and delivery. We can also bring our team and the cuys to wherever you are and roast them on the spot.

We follow the traditional Ecuadorian method: the cuy is slow-roasted over charcoal until the skin is crisp and the meat stays juicy. It comes with boiled potatoes, hominy corn, boiled egg and our house chilli sauces.

It is not required, but we recommend mentioning it when you book so we can guarantee it is ready and you do not have to wait.

You will find bandeja cuencana, mote pillo, mote sucio, grilled meats, hen broth, potato locro and traditional desserts such as figs with cheese or cane syrup with fresh curd.
